　 在过去的几年里，我公司得到了稳健而迅速的发展。目前，公司占地面积4万平方米，人员达2000余人。总投资高达6000万元人民币的“一条龙”生产设备，拥有：10台高端CNC自动制模、30台铣床、10台车床、和日本进口全自动机械手啤机30台等五金注塑设备；拥有12条高速贴片生产线、8条插件生产线、12条补焊生产线、4条机蕊组装线、8条成品装配线、8条喷油线、2条UV喷漆线、5台激光雕刻机等先进生产设备。实现年产300万台（套）汽车音响的生产能力，有效的提高了公司的发展和竟争能力。为了确保产品质量，我公司设立了专门的老化试验和环境测试实验室，每款型号的产品出厂前都会经过24小时的老化试验和4小时的环境测试实验。我们的目标是在产品运送到客户手中时达到零缺陷。

  Redpower Electronics Co.,Ltd is one of the most sophisticated and well-known car audio and video manufacturer in China. Our factory is located at Dongguan City,which covers 30,000 sqm  and is fully equipped with most advanced and complete facilities,including 10 CNC,20 EDM,10 wire-cut machines,23 plastic injection machines, 5 laser engrave machines, 10 high-speed SMT machines,4 AI machines. Our professional production lines including 4 spraying and 2 UV coating production lines, 4 rubber print lines, 4 silk screening production lines for cosmetic-processing, 8 alignment producton lines, 4 deck mechanism servo production lines, 4 radio tuner production line, 8 assembly production lines. To ensure top quality, our factory also have 1 aging center and 1 environment testing laboratory to perform random check on 24-hours aging test and 4-hours environment test . Our target on product quality is "zero defect" prior to shipment.
  Our R&D Department si well-organized with 50 experienced engineers,teaming up with software design,hardware design,electrical design and mechanical designs.We are capable of producing car GPS,satellite radio,XM radio,hard disk player,DAD,DVD-T,MP4/DIVX,DVD,VCD,MP3,CD,TFT TV monitors,cassettes and amplifier items.
